Phlebtomist

***Temporary Certified Phlebotomy Technician*** ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 4 months with the possibility of an extension

LOCATION: San Ysidro Health Center: 4004 Beyer Blvd. San Diego CA 92173.

SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 8am 5pm This position may require you provide staffing coverage at any other SY Health facility as needed. Valid clean and clear Drivers license required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Preferred 1-2 years medical laboratory experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) and Proficient in medical terminology.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Phlebotomy Certification Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure and Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION: $25.03 - $28.09- $31.64 Bill Rate $44.94 (mid)
