Salary: $ 66500.00
We have partnered with a large industrial construction company in Lebanon IN area to provide them with a Payroll Specialist. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Payroll Specialist:
#1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred).
#2. Must be AP focused.
#3. At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
#4. Hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration.
#5. Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance.
#6. Prior experience in the construction industry; union trade exposure is a plus.
Requirements of the Payroll Specialist:
- Bachelors degree is preferred with major field of study in accounting or business administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an accounting role.
- Professional experience working with payroll processing and administration.
- Previous work experience in the construction industry union trade experience is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of payroll tax laws.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environment.
- Able to use 10-key calculator by
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; technical aptitude to learn internal systems and required
Other Key Requirements:
- Work on-site.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
