Job Description
Job Title: IT Operations Analyst Oracle & TraCS Environments
Location: AlbanyNY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with system administrators and end users to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Background in providing support within a second-tier or higher-level service desk environment.
- Proven experience coordinating and executing large-scale database conversions and migrations from diverse systems.
- Hands-on experience installing configuring and maintaining enterprise-level Oracle and SQL database environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing the installation and upgrade of TraCS environments.
- Experience in the installation configuration and support of SPIDER systems.
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering classroom-based instruction.
- Experience supporting mobile computing and connectivity solutions in a law enforcement setting.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
