Job Description
Role Description
Both roles are full-time remote roles for a Regional Sales Manager (mid-career 7 years experience) and Regional Sales Representative (college graduate or < 3 years work experience) in the San Antonio/Austin-Waco Region. Both the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Representative will be responsible and will focus on generating leads building relationships sales & project development with clients and closing sales through consultative selling & strategy. Primary vertical market focus on K-12 Independent School Districts (ISDs).
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development and Account Management skills
- Lead Generation Client Relationship Building and Consultative Selling & Closing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the B2B contract furniture or interior design industry is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field a plus but not required
