Job Summary:
This position is for a CT Technologist in Kodiak Alaska. The role involves providing diagnostic imaging services in an acute care and long-term care facility requiring on-call availability and weekend work. The successful candidate will work a 4x10-hour day shift (Friday-Monday) and will be responsible for covering X-ray duties as needed. New graduates are welcome to apply. The facility provides housing and a vehicle for the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities:
- Performing CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Covering X-ray duties as needed.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Patient interaction and communication.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT-C certification.
- Experience in acute care and/or long-term care settings (new grads accepted).

Special Considerations:
- On-call responsibilities are required.
- Weekend work is required.
- Clinician will float within their scope to meet facility needs.
- Block scheduling is possible.
- Housing and a vehicle are provided by the facility. Pets are not allowed in housing.
- The vehicle provided is for local use only (within a 30-mile radius).
Scheduling:
- 4 ten-hour days per week Friday-Monday.
- Guaranteed 70 hours bi-weekly.
- Traveler may be called off for one 10-hour shift per two-week period.
