Job Summary:
This position is for an Occupational Therapist in a short-term acute care facility. The OT will provide therapy services to patients working a regular weekend shift per week. The role requires floating between units and involves patient care treatment planning and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy services to patients.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assessing patient needs and progress.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Floating between units as needed.
- Working one regular weekend shift per week.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Oregon.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in a short-term acute care setting.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems (Epic).
Special Considerations:
- Weekend work is required (one weekend shift per week).
- Floating between units is required.
- Patient ratios are 6 patients per 8-hour day.
- 48-hour work approval is not available.
- Scrubs are provided for certain units (OR Critical Care ED PACU Maternal Child) business casual for Case Managers.
Scheduling:
- One regular weekend shift per week is required.
- Block schedules are not required.
- Shift assignments are not detailed.
