Job Description:
We are hiring a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end HCM implementations. The candidate will ensure the successful rollout of HR technology by engaging closely with users and project stakeholders.
Modules:
Core HR
Payroll
Talent Management
Time & Labor
Absence Management
Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between the project manager and HR teams
Document business processes and convert to system functionality
Lead configuration testing and UAT
Conduct training and post-go-live support
Requirements:
5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM
4 5 full-cycle HCM implementations
Fluent in Arabic & English
