Job Description
- Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities
- Should have Automotive or Manufacturing domain processes experience
- Should have good understanding of Dealer management Service management and Order management related processes.
- Must have experience of requirement analysis test case creation regression testing test cases documentation
- Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement capturing and documenting bugs/issues.
- Must have experience scripting test scenarios for salesforce applications
- Should have good understanding tools available for creation and execution of test cases.
- Should have experience in Designing Executing and analysing automation test scripts & test results for Salesforce applications
- Should have experience in designing and creating test conditions test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases
- Should be able to use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
- Should be able to document track and escalate issues as appropriate using JIRA
- Should be able to support during production deployment of applications and perform validation testing
Mandatory Skill combination:
- Salesforce Admin/ Configuration- Sales Service Field Service
- Automation/QA/selenium/other automation exp. is good to have
