Job SummaryThe Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of brand promoters to achieve aggressive sales targets within assigned territories. This role requires strong interpersonal skills the ability to build rapport with customers and proficient use of sales tracking tools.
Job TypeFull-time
RequirementsMust be presentable a good communicator and fluent in local Hindi. Must be comfortable working in a field environment and interacting with customers at various retail locations.
Qualification/EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Further education is a plus.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the FMCG industry. Proven team leadership experience is essential.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be target-oriented and results-driven.
