Role Overview: We are looking for a talented VBA Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in building enhancing and maintaining Excel and Access-based automation tools. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about streamlining workflows through scripting and data-driven automation solutions. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver efficient scalable and well-documented VBA-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain VBA applications in Excel and Access.
Automate data processing and reporting workflows using advanced VBA scripting.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customized solutions.
Optimize the performance scalability and reliability of existing automation tools.
Create clear and comprehensive documentation for developed tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline).
Minimum 5 years of experience in VBA programming with a strong focus on Excel and Access.
Proven expertise in debugging writing and maintaining complex VBA scripts.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
