Job Description
Job title : Scrum Master
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Green Bay WI-Hybrid
Job summary : Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed by the team and act as a coach and facilitator helping the team to stay on track with Agile principles and practices. The Scrum Master works to improve team workflows and remove any obstacles that might hinder progress.
Experience : 10to14Yrs 4.
Required Skills : CX-Scrum Master Scrum
Responsibilities :
Organize and lead daily standups sprint planning meetings sprint reviews and retrospectives Guide team members in self-management and cross functionality ensuring they understand and adhere to Scrum principles Identify and eliminate obstacles that may impede the teams progress
Assist in managing the product backlog and defining product goals Advocate for Agile methodologies within the team and the organization
Regularly analyze burndown charts and other metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Provide consultation to team members and stakeholders on best practices for working within the Scrum framework
A Scrum Master must be adaptable have strong communication skills and be committed to continuous improvement.
They often wear multiple hats acting as a servant leader coach mentor and change agent depending on the situation
