Position Title:
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
with Budget Analyst and/or Acquisition Experience
Hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with budget analyst and/or acquisition experience to support a financial and acquisition systems operational environment for an Intelligence Community customer.
Ideal for budget analysts and program analysts with federal acquisition program experience.
Position Overview
The CRM will provide support analysis research issue resolution and advice into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to financial and acquisition systems.
This role functions within a cross-functional team of both government and contractor personnel.
Functional Responsibilities
Provide timely on-site customer relations for users
Understand customer needs identify problems and provide constructive acquisition resolutions
Maintain excellent speaking listening and writing skills to interact effectively with the customer
Ensure prompt responses to customer queries and timely implementation of financial solutions
Deliver end-user support and interface management for financial systems
Ensure support for successful transaction processing
Perform query development and troubleshooting
Collaborate with Financial Accounting System vendor or work independently to troubleshoot complex issues
Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to financial systems
Work closely with the GPC Program Management Office (PMO) to support end-of-fiscal-year activities
Assist PMO and customers with monthly reconciliation of GPC accounts
Create and facilitate training modules related to:
Financial Accounting System
Defense Travel System (DTS)
Government Purchasing Card (GPC) processes
Core Requirements
Junior to mid-level PeopleSoft Functional Financials experience
Ability to provide Tier 2 3 Service Desk support
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated outstanding customer service and multi-tasking abilities
Strong communication skills
In-depth knowledge in at least 3 of the following Oracle modules:
PO (Purchasing)
AP (Accounts Payable)
GL (General Ledger)
KK (Commitment Control)
AR (Accounts Receivable)
BI (Billing)
AM (Asset Management)
PC (Project Costing)
CA (Contracts)
Ability to lead testing initiatives for system releases as needed
Strong team collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) transaction processes
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or other Government Financial Accounting Systems
Prior Budget Analyst experience supporting federal systems
