Job Description
Core Skills:- Salesforce Financial Cloud Service expertise and Proficient in LWC Lightning Apex Aura RESTful Webservices APIs Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Salesforce Technical Lead who will drive the development and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements design custom applications and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Your hands-on coding expertise and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem will be crucial in ensuring best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex workstreams and manage project components leveraging over 10 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Provide strategic architectural assessments design robust solutions and develop roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with project execution teams ensuring adherence to best coding and deployment practices.
- Mentor team members and lead by example ensuring a high standard of technical excellence.
- Drive complete project life cycle activities-from development to maintenance-using agile methodologies.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to practice development initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce Financial Cloud Service expertise.
- Proficient in LWC Lightning Apex Aura RESTful Webservices APIs Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid command of the Salesforce ecosystem (from basics to advanced).
- Minimum 3 years of team lead experience with a hands-on coding background.
- At least 10 years of Salesforce programming experience and a minimum of 7 years in technology consulting enterprise and solutions architecture.
- Proven experience in defining new architectures and independently managing projects from an architectural standpoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce Technical Certifications are a plus.
