Skill: Genesys CX Developer with Softphone.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- AWS experience.
- Genesys Cloud CX Softphone.
- Contact Center Routing experience.
- Experience with Onprem Genesys.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Mandatory:
- Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX.
- Experience in Genesys SDK.
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience Rest SOAP and Genesys APIs.
- Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity agent performance and interactions.
- Strong Experience in Gensys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center telephony routing people and permissions and outbound.
- Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in app Foundry.
- Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
- Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
