Effective Immediately agencies MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs. As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI - OR PMCS - for performing a variety of CT procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed CT techniques for diagnosis.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Cancellation policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract must give 2 hr notice
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color. No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
8hrs non-billable orientation
OT Holiday multipliers: 1.25x

- Minimum of 2 years CT Experience - REQUIRED
- EPIC EMR Experience - REQUIRED
- NYS license & ARRT (CT) - REQUIRED
- Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
- Contrast injection experience a PLUS
- Canon/Toshiba scanner experience
- Mckesson PACS experience encouraged
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPLOAD TO TRIO.
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License ARRT and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile):

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New York
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be CT certified and NYS licensed
Weekend Requirements : Every third weekend
On Call Requirements : No call
