Job Description
Role: Product Owner
Location: Toronto ON Hybrid
We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and delivering product features that align with our strategic goals. This onsite position requires strong leadership communication and analytical skills to effectively manage the product lifecycle.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development marketing and sales to gather requirements and feedback.
- Feature Definition: Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands the product goals and deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
