Job Description:
The Data Integration Analyst will work within the Data Platform Team of the Data & Analytics Group. This role involves analyzing data integration requirements understanding data usage across teams and supporting data readiness and governance initiatives. The position includes close collaboration with business and technology teams to define and implement scalable and accurate data integration strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and data usage to drive productivity
- Engage stakeholders to gather and prioritize data needs
- Analyze consumer requirements and define SPP migration plans
- Coordinate with producer teams for function gap resolutions
- Onboard data from internal/external sources into centralized repositories
- Collaborate with data owners to define and enhance data quality rules
- Participate in change control and UAT processes
- Contribute to additional Data & Analytics Group (DAG) initiatives
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in investment management
- Strong SQL skills (complex query writing is a must)
- Proven track record in data analysis and data profiling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of data governance and quality tools
- Hands-on project management experience
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale data integration projects
- Experience with Snowflake (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with datasets such as positions trades and transactions
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
