Job Description
Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Reston VA ( 3 Days - Hybrid)- Need local candidates from DMV areas
Interview: F2F Round (Single Round)
Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Sr. Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications to improve business processes and deliver seamless CRM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders business analysts and other developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.
Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and manage automation tools including workflows process builders and flows.
Participate in code reviews unit testing and continuous integration processes.
Maintain documentation of all development work and system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality or performance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proficient in Apex Visualforce SOQL and Lightning Components.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX Git and CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of data migration and cleansing tools (e.g. Data Loader Workbench).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
