Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional and highly driven Senior Software Developer/Solution Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in the rapid solutions development and problem-solving using AI capabilities while working on projects with traditional technologies. We are looking for a hands-on individual who is not only a seasoned full-stack developer but also a true expert in leveraging artificial intelligence to dramatically accelerate software development and enhance solution capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development transforming concepts into robust scalable and high-performance applications with minimal resources.
- Architect design and implement complex software solutions with a particular focus on integrating and optimizing AI capabilities across the entire technology stack.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for clients.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes. Support presales team.
- Leverage AI to build highly adaptive and intelligent rule engines for dynamic business process management.
- Pioneer the use of AI to accelerate development cycles including but not limited to code generation intelligent testing automated documentation and AI-driven design patterns.
- Develop sophisticated rule engines and business process layers utilizing advanced AI techniques to ensure adaptability efficiency and intelligence.
- Act as a hands-on developer writing clean efficient and well-documented code across front-end back-end and database layers.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI machine learning and software development methodologies continuously identifying opportunities to apply new technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and innovative AI-powered solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and rapid innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in software development with a significant portion in a senior or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) application development. Hands-on experience with:
- Generative AI (e.g. LLMs for code generation text summarization) Rules Engine.
- Machine Learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
- Applying AI to accelerate various stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong full-stack development proficiency including:
- Backend: Expertise in languages like Python Java Go or similar with experience in RESTful APIs microservices and various database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular ) and UI/UX best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable secure and high-performance software architectures.
- A strong portfolio or demonstrable projects showcasing hands-on development and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to learn new technologies and domains rapidly.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing rule engines or business process management systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong presence in the developer
