Job Description
Summary:
A large-scale enterprise is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products through effective facilitation coaching and continuous improvement. The role involves managing Scrum ceremonies mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity and team performance.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews retrospectives and backlog refinement

Coach Agile teams and mentor junior Scrum Masters

Proactively remove impediments and improve team processes
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment

Track and report sprint progress and key performance metrics
-
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence
-
Promote Agile values and contribute to increasing organizational Agile maturity
Skills/Qualifications:
-
7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise environment

Strong leadership with both established and less experienced Agile teams
-
Proficient in Jira Confluence and PI Planning

Proven ability to drive process improvement and mentor Agile practices
-
Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced results-oriented environment

Demonstrated experience promoting Agile maturity and continuous value delivery
