Job Description
Linde Corporation is currently seeking experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operators to become a part of our team. This position requires the operation of heavy equipment in order to achieve daily production goals. Qualifications
- Must be proficient at operating Heavy Equipment (Excavator Bulldozer) to complete a variety of tasks (bulk excavation loading trucks fine grade work trenching backfilling and etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance (inspections greasing fueling)
- A willingness to occasionally work long hours atypical hours or weekends
- Strong initiative (self-starter) problem-solving and communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid Drivers license
- Operate equipment in a professional and safe manner
- Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of provided equipment
- Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects
- Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety in mind

Requirements
- Pass pre-employment random post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record is preferred
- Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
