A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records and requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries
Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
Support the month-end close process
Prepare financial reports as needed
Assist with financial audits and compliance
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and time management abilities
