Two years of experience in the care guidance or education of a group of children or adults.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience.Job Specification

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Plans activities for all classes (emotional visual mental physical or cognitive).
Instructs clients in such activities physical education cognitive skills and homemaking as established in habilitation plan.
In accordance with licensing requirements maintains appropriate records relative to student progress.
Evaluates student skill level and sets objectives monitoring achievement of progress.
Position-Specific Details:Position is located with PINECREST SUPPORTS & SERVICES CENTER.
Department: LDH Employment Services
SHIFT:8:00 AM 4:30 PMPASS DAYS:Saturday / Sunday
Developmentalist: $ 12.25 Hourly - $22.05 Hourly
This position may be filled by Detail Probation Promotion Demotion or Lateral Transfer.Preference may be given to permanent classified employees of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center.
No Civil Service test score is required in order to be considered for this vacancy.
