Overnight Coordinator

The pay for this position starts at $22.85/hour with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $26.05/hour.

This position is located in Rutland MA

The schedule for this position is Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday 10pm-8am

$1000 Sign-on Bonus

Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the oversight of daily operations during non-business hours and will serves as the primary coordinator of resources and communication including on call notifications and consultation. You will also collaboratively work with overnight supervisors and various management teams to proactively manage the safe operation of campus and respond to immediate issues and concerns. A key function in this position includes coordination of residential and group home staffing to ensure effective staff utilization.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in an area of Human Services which includes Sociology Psychology Criminal Justice etc.
• Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological emotional and behavioral disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Three years of Human Service experience with at least 1 year as a Supervisor
• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM in Rutland MA.
• Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
