The Air Dominance Division of Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join the Prop A-TG program as the Lead Integrator located in Berkeley MO reporting to the Prop A-TG IP&S Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads preparation development and coordination of simple to moderately complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.
- Leads helps facilitate and supports the integration of project/program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functions product groups suppliers and partners.
- Identifies analyzes and reports performance variances.
- Supports proposed changes to the baseline.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 3 years experience in finance business operations scheduling industrial engineering change management strategy program management or project management.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- A Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.
- Experience using Open Plan Professional.
- Experience using Microsoft Projects.
- Experience using Milestone Professional.
- 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
