Greystone Real Estate LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greystone Construction focusing efforts on Real Estate Development services and Property Management services. Greystone Real Estate LLC jointly operates approximately a dozen existing properties/entities in Minnesota and are actively working on expansion in the Minnesota and Texas markets in the commercial office professional services retail hospitality and industrial sectors. What were looking for

A Property Manager to support the operations of our growing Real Estate Division. This individual will play a critical role in proforma package generation entity creation and coordination tenant relations lease administration investor communications and property oversight. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and experienced in investor portal management (e.g. Juniper Square Agora InvestNext or similar) and property management software. This is a high-visibility role that supports both day-to-day functions and long-term strategic initiatives for our real estate portfolio.



Major expectations & accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests concerns and communication.
  • Manage lease documentation including renewals notices and amendments in coordination with leadership.
  • Maintain investor portals and support investor communication processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs including after-hours emergencies.
  • Track utility expenses building supplies and scheduled maintenance at all managed properties.
  • Support accounting functions budget reviews and property development pro forma package generation.
  • Organize and manage corporate governance documentation and digital file systems.
  • Assist in the sale purchase and due diligence of properties including data collection and coordination.
  • Collaborate with brokers and other internal stakeholders to provide timely building-related information.


What youll need to be successful

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in property management commercial real estate or a similar field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills especially for interacting with tenants and investors.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing investor portals such as Juniper Square Agora InvestNext or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to be on-call for after-hours service needs.
  • High level of professionalism reliability and integrity.


Qualifications that can set you apart

  • Prior experience supporting lease administration and real estate accounting.
  • Exposure to commercial property budgeting or financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with property sales acquisitions and contract negotiation.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
