You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Manager Revenue Mgt Field Support US & Canada works closely with the Sr. Director Revenue Mgt Field Support as well as Revenue Management leadership to ensure the most current and effective revenue management resources are available and utilized in US & Canada within the Managed by Marriott organization and the broader Franchise community. This position is responsible for responding to gaps in processes standards and training related to revenue management and activating solutions. This position assists with Continent initiatives in partnership with Continent Revenue Management leadership and the Topline Franchise Support team and will be tasked to collaborate with Marketing and Distribution to execute programs and promotions. The Senior Manager Revenue Mgt Field Support US & Canada demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant systems and processes and represents the discipline on cross-functional project teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE - KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Education and Experience
A degree in a relevant business discipline preferred or demonstration of equivalent work experience.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Finance and Accounting Economics Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major; and prefer 2-year experience in the revenue management sales and marketing or related professional area.
OR
4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Finance and Accounting Economics Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major; and prefer 2 years experience in the revenue management sales and marketing or related professional area.
The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $68.41 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
