Job Description
Location: Butler WI
Salary: $105k-$120k/year
Type: Full-time
This full time permanent career opportunity is for a Senior Mechanical Engineer at a niche custom machine manufacturer. Employees are never bored as there is a lot of variety in the products manufactured work is not repetitive and machines are all custom. The company products make a real impact for their clients. The company is committed to helping employees grow and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Background in Electrical Hydraulics and Metallurgy
- Strong background in heavy equipment and mining industry applications
- Must be a good communicator and have the ability to hire a team to expand the engineering department
- Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee them from start to finish
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering is a requirement
- 5 years of experience in heavy industrial equipment manufacturing particularly with exposure to mining environments is required
- This position enables the incumbent to get to know our industry and some minimal travel may be required
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is an onsite only position
- Full-time Permanent W-2 employee
- Full benefits
- No relocation
- Skilled in Solid Works and a background of BOMs Test Fracture & Stress Points
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45-minute drive from Butler WI
