Job Description
An Event Specialist at Style Netbox plays a key role in planning and executing memorable events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver unique experiences that align with our clients brand identity and business goals.
Responsibilities
Plan organize and execute promotional corporate and brand events.
Coordinate logistics including venue vendors materials and schedules.
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and objectives.
Ensure events are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor event progress and handle any issues that arise during execution.
Support post-event reporting analysis and feedback collection.
Maintain relationships with vendors suppliers and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Communications or related field is preferred.
