Job Summary
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative operations of the clinic. The person acting in this role will be the first point of contact for new patients and appointment coordination. In this role you will be expected answer patient calls work from a referral workqueue organize faxes and distribute to the appropriate team member and also communicate with patients via e-mail and Epic in-basket in a timely manner. You will work closely with healthcare providers staff and patients to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care.Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree Healthcare Management required or Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Clinic/Office/Hospital Experience 3-5 years required and Administrative Office Experience 3-5 years required and Leadership/Supervisory Experience 2-3 years preferred
Experience with EPIC HIM preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinic management software.
- Excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
