What they do
This commercial multifamily and residential contractor offers a wide range of services including new roof installation repairs replacements emergency services and service plans and inspections working with various roof types such as TPO PVC EPDM shingles tile and metal.
What youwill be doing
- Working within the service department to carry out detailed inspections of commercial roofing systems to create documentation of the life a customers roof
- Ensure adherence to manufacturers specifications and maintain warranty validity
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy is maintained throughout a project or service plan
- Build relationships with customers; explain any issues or future work in laymans terms and establish trust
- Mentor junior inspectors
What we need from you
- Excellent understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO PVC EPDM Mod-Bit BUR Metal)
- Knowledge of repair methods best practices and warranty criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management
- Comfortable climbing ladders walking on roofs and being at height
- Bonus if you have: OSHA10 or 30 sales/estimating experience or manufacturer certifications
