What Youll Do in This Role:
Are you passionate about bringing joy to others and making a real impact on someones day As a Dietary Aide handling the pots and pans at our senior living community youll do just that!The Pots and Pans position keeps the kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes utensils and equipment to meet sanitation standards.If youre looking for a fulfilling job where you can make a true difference this is the opportunity for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Washing dirty dishes cutting boards utensils and cooking equipment.
- Responsible for set up cleaning and break down of the dish machine pot & pans area washing of dishes glasses and small wares.
- Create an enjoyable dining experience serving residents and their guests
- Take orders in restaurant service style setting
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
What Youll Need:
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Prior experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant nursing home or retirement community serving older adults is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
