Check out what you will be doing:
- Keep building systems running smoothly (mechanical plumbing fire safety etc.)
- Handle facility services preventive maintenance and purchasing
- Take equipment readings and make adjustments
- Follow safety rules for handling hazardous materials
- Keep track of tools and equipment
- Check on outside contractor work quality and pricing
- Be physically fit for various positions and movements on the job
- Work in different weather conditions and times of day as needed
Who are we looking for
Required
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1 years experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Ability to analyze the operation of various Commercial or Industrial Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- General carpentry skills
- Light assembly experience
Preferred
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) experience
- One year of trades schooling
- Strong customer service skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with occasional overtime as needed
