Job Description
Hospice LPN
We are currently searching for an LPN to join one of the best companies in the industry. They are a very progressive well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Boca Raton FL area. Since 1978 they have been serving the community in Southeast Florida.
Our client is offering the following salary and benefits:
- $20 to $27 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Responsible For Home Visits With Imminent Patients
- Coverage Area is Broward County (Boca Raton)
- Floated to Inpatient Units as Well
- Flexible Hours Can do 3/12 Hour Shifts
- 7PM to 7:30AM- 3 Days a Week and Every Other Weekend
Requirements:
- Licensed LPN in the State of Florida
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Public Health Home Care Hospice or Med Surg
- 30 Hour IV Certification Required
- Experience with EMR
- Basic Life Support Certification
