Job Description
The International Middle East Reporter Intern will cover international content focused on the West Indies region as their regular beat for Modern Treatise.
Responsibilities:
Write a weekly column covering the social economic and political topics related to the West Indies from Middle Easten perspective.
Special region-related coverage.
Duration: 6 months
This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet you will gain valuable writing experience.

Qualifications :
The candidate should be adept at understanding the domestic and geopolitics of the Middle East.
The candidate should be adept at understanding the nuances of domestic politics across the Middle East.
The candidate must be able to look at geopolitical subject matters from multiple perspectives.
The candidate must be adept at relying on fact-based evidence rather than political or activist wish-thinking.
The candidate should be adept at understanding the ever-shifting state of the economy or economies of the West Indies.
