Begin your day with a shift handover understanding the current network status what are the forecasted volumes and capacities and any possible events that might impact these forecasts
Catch-up with the teams on site (in the Fulfilment Centres) team to align on priorities review key metrics and operational highlights.
Throughout Your Shift
Connect with operations teams across Europe in a collaborative environment.
Create smart data-driven plans using our in-house developed tools.
Fine-tune staffing strategies to optimize workflow.
Lead real-time decisions that keep our network flowing smoothly.
Make strategic adjustments as new information comes in.
