As the Learning Technologies Officer you will be responsible for the management administration and support of a number of Learning Technologies within the University. These include Brightspace InPlace Panopto CourseLoop Course Evaluations and Padlet.
You will manage the release and change management process for system upgrade cycles and enhancements. This includes evaluating the release testing training communication and deployment for the release. Additionally you will be responsible for thedevelopment and provision of training to staff and external parties in the use of the systems supporting users trouble-shooting issues and analysing business processes to ensure users obtain maximum benefit from the applications.
