Were currently looking for a motivated sales-focused General Manager at Orangetheory Fitness Brentwood NorCal. In addition to a salary commission youll also receive a complimentary Orangetheory membership!
QUALIFICATIONS: Outgoing individual with a strong background in sales promotions and/or marketing. Fearless in leading the front desk team and initiating and closing sales. Extensive experience with online marketing such as Facebook and Instagram. Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person on the telephone and via e-mail. Solid writing and grammar skills. Highly organized. Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and in the public community. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Punctual and reliable. Professional and neat. Computer skills and proficiency. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and proficiency in data management. Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality. The ability to be adaptable and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment.

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
