Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the laboratory operation and personnel performing testing and reporting test results. You will help performs all laboratory tests accurately efficiently and in a timely manner following the laboratorys established policies and procedures. We will help you achieve knowledge of quality control equipment operation and clinical correlation of patient results to determine validity of testing results. Expectations are to recognize critical values and follows appropriate notification procedure.
Youll have the opportunity to work with a large team of laboratory professionals. In this position you will work side by side with an adaptable team. Our team is made up of diverse cultures. Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Physical or Biological Science or Medical Technology.
Licenses and Certifications:
State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License.
