Job Description
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring Full-time Food and Beverage Attendants to create a positive and efficient dining experience for guests visiting the propertys food court. This entry-level position requires excellent customer service skills the ability to take orders accurately handle financial transactions and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests in a proper efficient and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cashier station menus and all necessary tools.
- Follow all alcohol safety standards including checking identification for age verification (if applicable at the venue).
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of goods in condiment areas dining areas and the front counter.
- Perform financial transactions accurately and process guest payments.
- Promote a fun friendly quick comfortable clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This is an entry-level position; no prior work experience is typically required.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to obtain a State-issued Alcoholic Beverage License (this may be required depending on the specific food court venues offerings).
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings including climate-controlled areas and casino floors with potential exposure to smoke and noise.
