JOB OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of the Production Assistant is to perform routine tasks in a clean room production environment ensuring that the assigned area is staged and ready for production technicians to begin schedule is 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stages all necessary materials for upcoming manufacturing work orders.
- Enter transactions in ERP system accurately and in a timely manner. This may include material issuing bin to bin transfers and work completion transactions.
- Communicates effectively ensuring timely process handoff. Utilizes Teams and intercom daily.
- Maintains minimum and maximum stock levels of commonly used supplies inside the cleanroom such as filter assemblies tubing environmental plates etc.
- Performs cycle counts of inventory in area as required.
- Assists lab technicians by preparing bottles which includes placing labels and organizing items to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Always follow Good Documentation Practices.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation by following standard 6S practices.
- Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Works closely with Production technicians to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner with as little disruption to production as possible.
- Works together with supervisor leads and team members daily to meet product deadlines.
- Ensure all means of communication with regards to Operations are acted upon in a timely fashion.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 1-year related work experience.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management problem prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work creatively and effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours daily.
- Must be able to lift / push / pull up to 40 pounds.
