Whats the job
Were thinking more ambitiously about how our stores can offer our customers even more so well want you think ambitiously too about everything. From how you make things brilliant for customers to how you help everyone in your team to be all they can be. Whether theyre about sales processes team performance or store standards your big ideas will always be welcome. Working together with your Store Manager youll help create the kind of store that inspires everyone who visits or works there.
What we need:
A retail natural with great people skills and bags of ideas youll feel right at home with us. Youre as enthusiastic about home improvement as we are and youll love sharing this with your customers and colleagues. You know how to get the best out of others and how to create an environment where people feel valued. Youll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Youre flexible too able to cover store opening hours on a rota basis including evenings weekends and bank holidays.
