Reporting to the Manager HCM & Analytics this position supports core HR and Payroll functions while transforming data into meaningful narratives that inform decision-making for senior leaders while enhancing the overall employee experience. As a key member of the HCM team this role is responsible for supporting the ongoing administration optimization and reporting of UKG Pro and to help drive workforce insights through analytics and business intelligence tools.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience
The position requires a post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or a related field. A minimum 3 years related (ideally UKG/UltiPro) experience including demonstrated HCM/HRIS maintenance experience; including employee data payroll and benefits learning talent management etc. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is considered an asset.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
