Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Recruitment Director to lead the design delivery and governance of scalable technology-enabled recruitment practices across the business global network. You will play a critical role in shaping the talent acquisition infrastructure ensuring operational excellence innovation and alignment with global business strategies. You will oversee process standardization stakeholder management technology integration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global implementation and optimization of advanced recruitment technologies including AI-driven sourcing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and automation tools
  • Champion the global Talent Community of Interest (TCOI) by aligning regional and global priorities fostering knowledge sharing and driving the program of work across markets
  • Oversee end-to-end global recruitment operations ensuring consistent scalable and high-quality delivery across regions
  • Establish and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) key performance indicators (KPIs) and process documentation to drive accountability and efficiency
  • Embed a culture of innovation within the talent operations function by identifying and piloting new models tools and methodologies to improve speed effectiveness and candidate experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to redesign processes in response to business needs and market evolution
  • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and dashboards to monitor recruitment performance identify trends and drive data-informed decisions
  • Use insights to optimize sourcing strategies channel effectiveness and recruiter performance
  • Partner with marketing and PX teams to elevate the employer brand globally through targeted recruitment campaigns and employee storytelling
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders HRBPs and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors RPO providers and tech partners to ensure quality compliance and alignment
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws global data privacy standards (e.g. GDPR) and internal policies
  • Lead efforts to audit assess and enhance governance mechanisms related to recruitment candidate data and policy adherence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or any related field; Masters degree or global HR certification is preferred (ex. SHRM-SCP CIPD etc.)
  • At least 6 years of experience in a global talent acquisition HR operations or people services leadership roles preferably within the shared services industry
  • Familiarity with HR reporting and data analytics tools (ex. PowerBi Tableau) for talent metrics analytics and decision-support
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws recruitment compliance and governance frameworks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and vendor governance experience
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading global teams both in-house and outsourced models
  • Strong vendor management skills (negotiation performance management governance)

Good to have:

  • Experience in setting-up or scaling HR operations in a shared services or global business services (GBS) model
  • Knowledge of risk management internal controls and policy governance applied to talent acquisition
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma PMP Agile HR CCEP CIPD are a plus
