Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the schools curriculum and educational goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive homeroom environment.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborating positively and supportively with school administration faculty staff and parents to maximize students spiritual intellectual social and physical formation.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education Mathematics or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Prior teaching experience preferably in a middle school setting.
- Knowledge of Catholic teachings and a commitment to supporting the schools mission and values.
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
