Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and maintain tickets
- Treat customers with kindness and patience and maintain professionalism with difficult customers
- Manages and motivates assigned team members to ensure client needs are met.
- Manage 3rd party call center environment and escalated customer support tickets
- Answer phone calls for billing or account related questions.
- Order office and project materials and additional supplies as needed
- Travel throughout Saratoga Springs as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills are a must!
- Passion for working with customers and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Requires a high school diploma GED or equivalent and Business Degree OR 2-5 years working as a customer support agent or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Must be self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks with minimal direction.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to positively contribute to a team setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Wage: $23-$28 per hour
