Short Description
Assist Billing Supervisor and/or Manager in monitoring team members performance against department standards.
Performs billing functions.
Provides excellent customer service.
Interfaces with all levels of staff and management.
Experience Required
5 years billing/patient accounting experience.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Special Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel Word PowerPoint);
Ability to perform mathematical calculations;
Knowledge of managed care insurances ICD-9 and CPT coding;
Ability to communicate effectively;
Ability to work as a team player.
