Job Description
Title of Position:
Summer Anticipated Openings High School Credit Recovery Teachers (Various Subjects)
Work Year:
Summer 2025
Effective Datesof Employment:
June30 - August 1 2025
Summer Program Dates:
June 30- August 1 2025 (Monday - Thursdayall weeks)
Location/Times:
MHS:7:30 am - 1:30pm (includes prep time)
Students Arrive at 8:00am and leave at 1:00pm
Salary:$5000 Stipend
Organizational Relationshipor Line of Authority:
BuildingAdministrator and Credit Recovery Program Coordinator
Statement of Duties:
- Plan prepare for and provide instruction in course subjects in accordance withrequirements for student to recover lost credit
- Maintain student attendance and grades and submit to Summer Building Administrator at the conclusion of the summer program
- Responsible for other general duties as indicated by the Summer Administratior or Credit Recovery Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Licensed by the Department of Elementary & Secondary Education as a High School Teacher
- Bachelors or higher earned academic degree
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus but not required
