We are currently seeking a motivated Solution Delivery Analyst to lead our client onboarding initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful integration of client data into the Sentrisk platform supporting analytics and maintaining the quality of deliverables. The Solution Delivery Analyst will collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
We will count on you to:
- Lead Client Onboarding:Request necessary data from MMC colleagues and clients coordinating the collection process effectively.
- Data Management:Populate data templates with great diligence and attention to detail including data from client-provided sources and external research where needed.
- Data Review:Review data provided by colleagues and clients following up with questions and comments to ensure accuracy.
- Documentation:Document data updates and assumptions made in client-facing documentation to maintain clarity and transparency.
- Support Analytics:Assist in analytics on client data using Sentrisk tools initiating client processing and running existing analytics tools.
- Quality Control:Perform thorough reviews and quality control of deliverables ensuring consistency and integrity of results while suggesting areas for improvement (e.g. analytics refinements).
- Client Communication:Engage with end clients through email communication and follow-ups as well as some verbal discussions to ensure their needs are met.
What you need to have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Organisational Skills:Extremely organised with great prioritisation and planning around tasks.
- Client Engagement:Ability and experience to work with end clients requiring effective email communication and follow-up.
- Data Proficiency:Mastery of Excel is essential.
- Microsoft Office Suite:Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.

- Experience with data manipulation (esp. SQL) and coding (esp. Python) is a major plus.
- Supply Chain Knowledge:Knowledge or interest in supply chain management is a bonus.
