Analytics Manager Provider Management
London/Staines/Manchester hybrid with 2 days a week in the office
Permanent
Full time 37.5 hours per week
65k - 75k plus target 10% bonus

As our Analytics Manager youll lead the development of data-driven insights that support provider contract negotiations performance reporting and strategic decision-making. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our provider relationships are commercially sound customer-focused and aligned with our sustainability goals.
How youll help us make health happen:
- Lead analytics for high-value provider contracts supporting negotiations with commercial insights and modelling.
- Design and evaluate innovative pricing models including value-based contracts and risk-sharing agreements.
- Monitor provider performance market trends and cost drivers to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior analysts and a junior analyst.
- Oversee reporting on hospital spend tariff changes and healthcare cost trends.
- Identify and address non-compliant billing practices and support sustainability initiatives like Scope 3 emissions tracking.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation or provider management is essential.
- Highly analytical with confidence working with large financial datasets and building models.
- Experience of managing or mentoring a team is desirable.
- Excellent communication skillsable to translate complex data into clear actionable insights and present these confidently to a range of different audiences.
- Experience in healthcare or a similarly complex multi-service organisation is desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint with a collaborative solutions-focused mindset.
